These terms govern your use of this booking site and the bookings you make through it. By making a booking you agree to them.

Bookings & payment

A booking is confirmed once it is accepted and any required payment or deposit is received. Prices are shown all-in at checkout. Where a deposit is taken, the balance is due before the experience as described at the time of booking.

The experience

Experiences may carry inherent risks and physical requirements. You are responsible for providing accurate passenger information (including any weight or health requirements) and for signing any required waivers before participating. The operator may refuse participation on safety grounds.

Changes, weather & cancellations

Weather and conditions can require an experience to be rescheduled or cancelled. In that case you will be offered a free reschedule or a credit/refund as set out in our Refunds & Cancellations policy. Voluntary changes and cancellations are subject to the cutoffs shown when you book.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, the platform and the operator are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. This section is a placeholder and must be tailored to the operator's jurisdiction and activity.
