# Quest Booking

> Booking software for tour and adventure experience operators. Quest Booking runs real-time availability, payments, digital waivers, customer communications, and weather-day recovery on each operator's own branded site, with payouts direct to the operator's Stripe account and no per-booking fees.

Quest Booking is a multi-tenant platform: the apex (https://questbooking.app) hosts the product marketing site and operator console, while each operator gets a branded booking site on their own subdomain (for example https://wildsky.questbooking.app) or custom domain. Operators are hand-onboarded — the primary call to action is requesting access, not self-serve signup.

Key facts:

- Pricing: a flat platform fee tailored to volume — no per-booking surcharge, no long-term contract.
- Payments: Stripe Connect; deposits, Apple Pay and Google Pay supported; funds settle to the operator's own Stripe account.
- Weather policy: a weather or safety cancellation always gives the guest a free reschedule, an open-dated credit, or a full refund — no fees.
- Waivers: in-house digital waivers, signed per passenger, versioned, and surfaced as a blocking state on the day-of manifest.
- Distribution: embeddable booking widget for existing websites, or fully headless via the public API and webhooks.
